At K&U Bedding, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you receive a damaged, wrong, or defective product, you can contact us for return or exchange support.

Return / Exchange Time
You can request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.

Return Conditions
The product must be:

  • Unused and unwashed
  • In original condition
  • In original packaging
  • Not damaged by the customer

Non-Returnable Items
Returns will not be accepted if:

  • The product has been used or washed
  • The product is damaged after delivery
  • The original packaging is missing
  • The return request is made after 7 days

Damaged or Wrong Product
If you receive a damaged or wrong item, please contact us immediately with:

  • Order details
  • Clear pictures/video of the product
  • Parcel opening video, if available

Refund Policy
Refunds are processed only after the returned product is received and inspected. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 working days.

Exchange Policy
If the product is eligible, we can exchange it with the same item or another available product.
